Local photography for local listings
Tampa is home base. City rentals sell differently than beach rentals — here it's the skyline from the balcony, the walk to the Riverwalk, the bungalow charm in Seminole Heights, game-day distance to the stadium. The photos have to make the location obvious in the first three frames.
Because I live here, scheduling is easy and I can chase the right evening for your property — no travel-day pressure to shoot in bad light. Interiors are shot bright and honest, exteriors at dusk when the city glows.
I'm also a full-time location sound mixer for broadcast television, which is a long way of saying: I've spent my career on production sets, and your shoot gets run like one — on time, prepared, and finished properly.
How it works
One flat rate. Any size property.
I'll need the property for about four hours — from roughly four hours before sunset until an hour after — and your finished, listing-ready photos are usually back within a week. Twilight exteriors included.
