Local photography for local listings
Clearwater Beach draws visitors year-round, and the rentals here range from high-rise gulf-view condos to little cottages tucked a street back from the sand. Different properties, same problem: the listing photo is competing with everything else on the page.
I shoot in the late-afternoon-to-twilight window because that's when gulf-coast properties look the way guests imagine their vacation — warm light inside, glowing sky outside. Condo balconies, pool decks, and that walk-to-the-beach path all earn their keep in the listing.
I'm based in Tampa, about half an hour away, and Clearwater and the beach communities are part of my regular coverage area.
How it works
One flat rate. Any size property.
I'll need the property for about four hours — from roughly four hours before sunset until an hour after — and your finished, listing-ready photos are usually back within a week. Twilight exteriors included.
