Local photography for local listings
Anna Maria Island might be the single most rental-dense place I shoot — on some streets nearly every house is a vacation home. That's great for owners and brutal for listings, because a guest comparing your place isn't comparing it to a hotel. They're comparing it to the house next door.
The island's low-rise, old-Florida character is the thing to sell: white sand, walkable streets, porches and pools built for doing nothing. I photograph properties in the light that flatters exactly that — the last few hours of the day, through blue hour, when the sky over the Gulf does the staging for you.
One flat rate covers the whole shoot, from a two-bedroom cottage to an eight-bedroom beachfront.
How it works
One flat rate. Any size property.
I'll need the property for about four hours — from roughly four hours before sunset until an hour after — and your finished, listing-ready photos are usually back within a week. Twilight exteriors included.
